Jenny joined Eduserv in 2002. She works in the Marketing and Communications supporting the team which negotiates Chest Agreements. She spends much of her time editing the weekly Messenger e-newsletter and the licence negotiation pages on the Eduserv web site, and engaging with the academic community through focus group meetings, conferences and exhibitions to better understand their licensing requirements.
Before Eduserv, she worked in IT in schools helping terrified teachers to use the first BBC Micros in the classroom through to early 2000 when schools were networked, individual pupil timetables became available online, public exams results delivered electronically and kids were building school web sites for their coursework.
In her leisure time Jenny enjoys visiting friends and relatives all over the world, cooking the occasional cake for her colleagues and a country walk or two.
