Discovery and analysis
We’ll look at your current business and IT environment to thoroughly understand your objectives, business processes, IT resources, technical architecture, operational support and SLAs.
A Prince 2 qualified Project Manager will provide a plan of how the proposed solution can be achieved. This will include work stages, job roles, security, risk and cost components.
If you opt for the Transformation Project Plan we can manage solution delivery, including initiation phase, legacy IT off-boarding, target IT on-boarding, consolidation, rationalisation, integration, test and validation.
Transformation Service Discovery Report
A concise business-focused report outlining the current context, nature and drivers of the customer business, current business model, vision for a transformed model, expected business outcomes, transformation budget, timescales, constraints and risks.
Transformation Analysis and Recommendations Report
An overview of the legacy IT service portfolio and an outline proposal for IT transformation including road map, fully aligned to the needs of the business.
Following completion of the Current Situation Analysis and Transformation Recommendation activities, a detailed Transformation Service Plan will be produced which forms the basis for the structured and controlled delivery of the transformation project. Plan formation is conducted by an experienced Project Manager trained in PRINCE2 and familiar with handover to ITIL Service operation.
